Product Description
About K30 Wear Resistant carbide Sheet strips :
The main composition of tungsten carbide bars or K30 Wear Resistant carbide Sheet strips is tungsten carbide powders and cobalt powders .With its wear resistant and corrosion resistant ability , tungsten carbide nowadays is widely used in many areas such as : cutting tools , moulds , oil and automobile industry etc .
Tungsten carbide strip and bars is used as the cutter for the TCT woodworking knives for cutting all kinds of original wood , hard wood , HDF, MDF , plywood , particle board , laminated board, composite material ,grass, aluminum and metals . It can give much more excellent performance than HSS .
Application of tungsten steel
Tungsten steel is a hard alloy, also known as tungsten-titanium alloy. Hardness can reach 89~95HRA. For this reason, tungsten steel products (commonly available with tungsten steel watches) have the characteristics of being hard to be worn, hard and not afraid of annealing, but brittle.
The main components in cemented carbide are tungsten carbide and cobalt, which account for 99% of all components, and 1% are other metals, so they are also called tungsten steel.
Commonly used for high-precision machining, high-precision tool materials, lathes, impact drill bits, glass cutter heads, tile cutters, hard and not afraid of annealing, but crisp. Belongs to the ranks of rare metals.
Tungsten steel has a series of excellent properties such as high hardness, wear resistance, strength and toughness, heat resistance and corrosion resistance, especially its high hardness and wear resistance, which remains basically unchanged even at a temperature of 500 ° C. There is still a high hardness at 1000 °C. Carbide is widely used as materials, such as turning tools, milling cutters, planers, drills, boring tools, etc., for cutting cast iron, non-ferrous metals, plastics, chemical fiber, graphite, glass, stone and ordinary steel, can also be used for cutting resistance Hard-to-machine materials such as hot steel, stainless steel, high manganese steel, and tool steel. The cutting speed of new cemented carbides is several hundred times that of carbon steel.
Tungsten steel can also be used to make rock drilling tools, mining tools, drilling tools, measuring gages, wear parts, metal grinding tools, cylinder liners, precision bearings, nozzles, etc.
