Brief Introduction of CNC Tungsten Carbide Inserts
CNC Tungsten Carbide Inserts is the general name for indexable turning inserts which are the main products in modern metal cutting applications. Mainly used in metal turning, milling, cutting and grooving, thread turning and other fields. According to the inserts material, it can be divided into coated inserts, cermet inserts, non-metallic ceramic inserts, carbide inserts, super hard inserts and so on. It is characterized by high efficiency and high wear resistance, which is more than 4 times more efficient than traditional welding inserts and alloy inserts. With the continuous advancement of coating technology, breakthroughs in key technologies of wear resistance and high temperature resistance will further improve efficiency and reduce processing costs.
YS25 : It is special in using for the milling of steel and cast steel
YC30S : Used for the milling of steel ,cast steel and alloy steel.
YC40 : Suitable for the heavy duty turning of steel and cast steel with a big feel rate under unfavorable working condition.
YC45 : Suitable for the heavy duty turning of steel and cast steel with a big feel rate.also for face milling.
